This second issue builds on the beautiful look and quality writing of the first.
Leading off the magazine is an article on running Call of Cthulhu in the Wild West, subtitled appropriately The Good, the Bad, and the Utterly Insane. A unique investigator sheet reflecting the era in included. Immediately following is a wild west scenario titled "The Hunt for Kid Richter".
Then follows "In the Grip of Madness," an article exploring mental disorders and their role playing consequences.
"The Singer From Dhol" is a 1920s adventure on Oyster Island in Penobscott Bay, Maine.
The issue then turns to support for Cthulhu Dark Ages with further exploration of the region of Averoigne, inlcuding a gazeteer and an examination of the Library of Averoigne.
For modern-day fans, there is an 18-page adventure titled "Super 8", followed by an adventure set in the far future called "The Icarus Project".
Finally, the new generation of 1920s women known as Flappers get special treatment, as WOC looks at this expanded Call of Cthulhu profession; Scott Glancy issues his observations on Pagan Publishing's Delta Green, and Mike Mearls presents new feats for D20 Cthulhu.
